We had several quotes from roofing companies working in the area, as well as three from HomeStars, the range in pricing was incredible, so much that we just couldn’t trust the highest or lowest numbers.
Belanger Roofing was fair compared to the other reputable companies and their proposal was detailed and assured us of the quality of materials, and compatible components that protected the manufacturers warranty requirements.
What stood out was that Meghan and Chris showed up quickly in person to quote, Chris went in to the attic to inspect the plywood to ensure the quote was accurate, and I wasn’t going to be hit with any extras after the work started - And, since my roof had developed a leak suddenly after a storm, Chris patched it on the spot even before I committed to the contract, so my house would not suffer any more damage from the leak in the couple of days it would take to get the material and schedule me in for the job.
The job was completed quickly and on time, the guys were polite, quick, did neat and tidy work, and did an exceptional job of protecting my yard with tarps and canvas, as well as cleaning up the site afterwards.
And, finally, the roofing material they had left over was returned and they discounted the total amount off of my original quoted amount.
I would certainly recommend them for any future project.
