Rémi was recommended to me by my pool professional. Once contact was setup, Rémi kept me informed when he would be on site and when on his way. Once on site, Rémi asked what i wanted and proceeded to assess the work to be done and required materials, informed me how much time he would be gone and return to complete the work. The work was completed beyond my expectation. One week later, my pool pump and heat pump main breaker shut off unexpectedly and within an hour of contacting Rémi, I got a call back. We discussed the issue and Rémi suggested a solution which resolved the issue to my satisfaction.
