Canada Day Long Weekend Surprise!
Nothing but impressed, start to finish.
We hosted friends for dinner on the Saturday and that night it became apparent that our hot water tank was not working.
Sunday I tried lighting the pilot, got it going then it would blow out, tried a number of times but no luck. I began to inspect the outside of the tank and saw rust seepage at the seams, not good for an 11 year old tank.
I contacted Chambers through their onsite booking system expecting a reply on Tuesday, after the long weekend. Much to my surprise I got a call from Brett almost immediately.
Without additional cost or "emergency callout fees" we scheduled a replacement for the next day...the stat holiday.
Brett was early, efficient, knowledgeable, neat and extremely courteous.
Nothing but a positive experience and I would use them again in a heartbeat.
