Hello everyone. This is very useful information. we think that the only company who installed the unit can claim the warranty ? its wrong. I had my Furnace installed a a different company and when my furnace was leaking water so I called the same company to fix but they were not able to come sooner to fix so I called this Metropolitan company. Their technician came very quickly and found leak in the collector box. I was worried that now I should call the same company as they can claim the warranty but technician told to call the Metropolitan office. I called and the support team of Metropolitan assured that they can claim the warranty and yes they did. They came very next day with the part and fix my furnace. Great great response very Metropolitan.
