Replaced an old gas furnace with a Panasonic Interios cold climate heatpump (Forced air system, electric back-up integrated, rated to -30 Pat was super helpful at figuring out what system would work best for my house with a smaller furnace room and Brian helped with electrical. I didn't feel any pressure to buy unlike other companies, they just answered my many questions and let me decide on my own time.
Drew and Caesar installed everything, removing my old furnace cleanly, quickly and working to install the new air handler in a tight space that took some wrangling. Drew also helped me to quickly learn how to run everything (very straight forward) and so far it's been a great system overall. They also made sure all the old vent holes at the side of the house were sealed.
The Outside system is a bit quieter than my old AC (Which they also removed and disposed of) and takes up some space but the upright design means I have more room than before.
They also helped to make sure everything would work with the Greener Home Grant including a nice itemized invoice at the end that worked with the program without a hassle. (I will get $6500 off the $13 000 which is great). Highly recommend
