I got artificial turf installed on my high rise condo balcony (approx 600 sq ft) in downtown Toronto. Otis did the work for us including bringing samples, getting the materials, cutting the turf and the full installation. The project did not start on time and was delayed due to some issues between Otis and the supplier which is the main reason for 4 stars. On the positive side, Otis did good work and has a keen eye for small details such as clean cut edges and ensuring the seams were almost invisible between the turf rolls. He is dedicated and hard working and did not leave till we were completely satisfied. We are happy with the final output.
