The final check for the back flow was done 6 weeks after the work was finished. Phone calls were made in April of this year regarding the rebate and I was told it could be delayed due to Covid. It wasn't I received repayment cheque this month after speaking with someone in the financial centre. If I had been given the telephone number in April this would have been a benefit to both of us.
