I told ali i wanted towel bar for both bathrooms but he installed in one and not the other. When i asked him to fix his mistake he said it will cost me additional 150$. So there goes my awesome post sales experience that he bragged about before getting the order. I paid extra for having my peace of mind to get the glass done by someone with such good rating in homestar unfortunately i am disappointed. Will never recommend him

Thanks for sharing your feedback. I’m sorry your experience with iGlass Inc did not match your expectations, which is due to a misunderstanding on your behalf during the quoting stage. As I had explained to you previously, I was not able to have the door swing inward due to the very low positioning of the shower head inside the shower. My only option was to have the door swing outward, and by placing a towel bar on that door, it would constantly hit and damage your wall when opening.
I pride myself not only on my service but also on my quality of work, experience, and technical skills. I would never have agreed to install the towel bar on that door, knowing it would cause damage in the future. I would also never risk my reputation and having an unhappy customer over $150. If I was able to install the towel bar, I would have free of charge. I’m sorry you misunderstood the scope of work included in the price I gave you when we discussed it verbally over the phone many months ago.
