My windows and door had very old caulking that really needed replacing. The job required more work than anticipated, but Oscar takes pride in his work and went the extra mile to do it properly and even took pictures to show me the before and after job, which I appreciated. He explained each step along the way so I understood what work was being done. Hopefully, this winter should be warmer. Keisha also kept in touch with me providing the paperwork for the quote. Kudos to you both!
