I called Harold to fix our 3 leaking toilets. He showed up as promised and so called "fixed" two toilets and said one of them needs to replace its tank. All were good for only 3 days. Out of the two toilets he "fixed", one of them started leaking again. I called him to come over again, as the job practically was incomplete. He kept saying he's busy without giving clear time of when to show up to complete the job. I gave up after around two weeks. Now we're left with a leaking toilet again and have to call another plumber to finish the job. He practically charged us the price of two toilets to only fix one.

This is not the way to do business Harold.
