Ramon saved the day. Thank you Ramon. Was red tagged today by another company for 5 leaking pipes (called them initially to clean my boiler, they left without cleaning and shut off my gas). I was naturally very concerned and needed a second opinion before proceeding with costly repair. Called Reliable Air Inc. Ramon delayed his appointment to come to our home (as our gas was shut off and he prioritized our home). Tested for gas leaks, cleaned the boiler, did a thorough check of the water tank and exterior and confirmed after using gas leak meter that there are no leaking pipes. The other company is currently investigating the technician that red tagged our home.
