Our interest was in having a maintenance planning guide for our 1970s home. Dale provided a detailed thorough review, including a report and on-site explanations of various features of our home as he conducted the inspection. He took his time and communicated well with us. Dale was amazing! He was so thorough while looking over the house. Then when it came to to explain what was going on, he was thorough in his explanations. He has a gentle spirit but his confidence and knowledge are extraordinary. You can tell he has much experience as it shines through in his detailed report. He put so much work in that he earned every penny...he probably could charge more for what he gives. Would recommend him to anyone looking to get a home inspection and have confidence in the outcome. I am very pleased with Dale service. I reached late to the house to be inspected by 1 hr. Dale was very patient. He didn't rush and carried out the inspection in detail. He took time to explain me things he identified and how can I fix/maintain it. Also he is very tech savvy with latest gadgets (drone/thermal inspection) and technology (report delivery/payment).

Also he has really good people skills, easy to talk to and personable.

I'm so happy with my decision to hire Dale from Wild Rose Property Inspection to inspect a house I was considering buying in Red Deer. He was able to come that same day. He was very thorough and patient with all my questions. His well organized report was emailed to me that same night. The next morning he texted to ask if I had any questions and also indicated that I could contact him anytime if I had concerns. He is a wealth of knowledge and very reasonable priced.
