Our service technician (Alex) arrived on time and even called before hand to advise us how far away he was. When he arrived, he followed all Covid-19 protocol and wore protectors on his boots so as not to make a mess from the snow outside. He was polite, friendly, and very informative, explaining along the way what he was doing. He even placed a drop cloth down to protect my hardwood floor as he worked. Once he diagnosed and fixed the problem, he took the time to clean up after himself, putting everything back in place. I would definitely recommend this company and request Alex again.
