Alpina Solutions recently completed a complex custom installation which consisted of over 40 boxes for furniture purchased at Resource Furniture. Alpina was recommended as Resource's installer of choice, and I can understand why. From the moment owner Artur and his colleague arrived, their friendliness, punctuality, and professionalism were evident. They demonstrated remarkable efficiency throughout the entire process.
What truly set them apart was the precision in their work. Every piece was flawlessly assembled and they took the time to clean up the workspace afterwards. Their attention to detail and clear pride in their craft were truly appreciated.
Unfortunately, there was a minor factory mix-up with a specific part, but Artur took charge and quickly handled the matter with the supplier. He even went above and beyond by completing the setup so that the desk could still be used while waiting for the replacement part to be sent from Italy. I was pleasantly surprised when Artur promptly contacted us to provide an update on the situation and to schedule a time for the final installation. It was a relief not having to chase him for updates or solutions. His dedication and commitment to ensuring customer satisfaction were evident throughout the entire process.
Overall, I am extremely satisfied with the service provided by the Alpina Solutions team. It is truly refreshing to encounter individuals who genuinely care about their work and go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction. Bravo and thank you!
