Install new 240 outlet in basement for washer

I am getting a new Bosch washer and it requires a 240 V outlet rather than the 120 that most North American washers need. Anthony came and within 45 minutes had installed a brand new circuit and breaker directly from the electrical panel.
He was very polite and knowledgeable on the topic and I can’t recommend him enough
