My brother and I were renovating a house with an open permit when our front porch crumbled. We then moved forward quickly with a contractor that had done great work in the past without knowing that we had to do a revision of the permit before proceeding with the work. We then blindly got the work done before closing the open permit and upon our final inspection the inspector told us we had to revised the permit as we were about to sell the house. Needless to say, this caused a lot of angst and frustration as we were in the middle of covid and needed a proper site plan and drawings done up as quickly as possible so as not to delay the sale of the house any further. I spoke to many designers with timelines that just didn't work for us. ID came in and was honest from the get go and got the work done in less then a week. Communication was open and fluid and although it took a long time for the city to get back at us, they approved it the first time around and we were able to close the permit immediately after. I would highly recommend Le Reve and will most definitely use them again. Thank you for your help!
