Our valance above the kitchen sink was coming down on one side. I contacted Stilts Contracting Ltd and Jamie promptly replied. He was able to lift and tightly secure the valance better than it was secured originally. I would definitely use Jamie again for any future work I may have. Jamie gave us excellent customer service!

We did a complete renovation of our kitchen. Jamie and his crew performed works that included new and additional cabinets, pantry, quartz countertop, vinyl tile flooring, lighting, etc. We are very pleased with the work and are enjoying our new kitchen.

We had a 20000 budget to develop our basement. The contractors worked within my budget (as close as we could) to get everything on my wish list complete. Throughout the one month process they always checked in and made sure the work was being done to our standards. These contractors understood my vision and were incredibly easy to work with!

We found Stilts Contracting through a friend. When we reached out to Mike for the first time, we really didn't know what we wanted or where to begin. Mike was very selfless in his actions by coming over to our house numerous times to not only give us his professional opinion, but to also help us in deciding the final design.

We started our planning in the winter, so of course we had plenty of time to create our back yard oasis. He used a computer software that was accurate to the mm (maybe more) and so whenever we tried a different design, we would know right away what the complications would be. This saved them a lot of time and materials.

Mike kept in touch with us every step of the way. Even when they were weathered out, we knew about it well in advance.

His company was the cheapest around (this was during COVID price hikes for lumber). The nice thing about Mike, is that they buy lumber to suit on the project start date. This means that the lumber is fresh and hand picked. Unlike other companies that buy in bulk and they charge less for lumber but you end up with garbage. Just my opinion.

Mike did an amazing job on both my fence and a large 12 x 14 ft composite deck.

Despite my lack of vision and inability to make decisions along the way, Mike walked me through each step of the process and allowed me the ability to make decisions as the deck progressed.

The quality of the work was excellent! He even replaced a small part because a screw hole ended up in a spot that it didn't belong. I told him it was fine, but he insisted it be done right and replaced the part!

Communication was great! He kept me up to date when timelines needed to shift due to weather and he worked hard to get the work done quickly!

Price was really competitive and I know that at the end of the day, Mike's quality, service and end product was way beyond what I would have received from another contractor.

Mike cares a lot and treats the project like it's in his own yard. I highly recommend using Mike for any of your home needs.

Stilts Contracting finished my concrete basement into a fully finished concept, including:
- Vinyl plank flooring
- Carpeting stairs to basement
- Drywall ceiling in areas that were very hard to build a ceiling (it was a weirdly designed, older home)
- Drop tile ceiling underneath kitchen (I had previous flooding, this was a great recommendation from them)
- Drywall, mudding, taping and painting.
