Don't stand behind workmanship

New roof and eavestrough/sofit/facia installed Dec 6th/23 and Mar 7th/24 shingles started to curl. Tried several times to contact Jordan but was ignored and when he eventually contacted us he would say he is coming and but not show.
Jordan said everything was installed properly and when I asked what he was going to do he said "I don't know I need to contact GAF". This has been going on for 3 months and now he wants us to file a claim against GAF shingles company. We feel like we have been taken advantage of!!! Al we want is what we paid for a properly installed shingles. So much for Canada Pro Roofing warranty and standing by their product and workmanship.
