3rd floor demolition, foam install, drywall & paint
I have hired many many trades over 20 years and Martin & Yousif are in my top 2. Their quote was reasonable, they arrived on the agreed start date and STAYED on the job until it was complete. Removing the old ceiling and insulation was a tremendously messy job but they did a great job protecting the carpeting on 3 floors of stairs (even replacing the protection as needed). They made sure to allow us to inspect each stage before moving to the next, and left the space spotless when they were finished. They're also a total pleasure to work with: super fast responses to texts/phone calls, patient, smart and funny. Highest recommendation.
