Floor Laying & Refinishing review in

Hired Lazaro to do a floor and baseboard. Told him he would have to move some furniture and he agreed. On the day the job started he acted so surprised there was furniture, gouged me for additional cost, acted angry and upset with me about the service he had to provide. Completed 2 out of 3 rooms and no baseboards and quit my project. Then when I addressed him about my issue with his service, he said “I don’t need your business anyway, I know who I am”. Very upsetting to be treated this way by a contractor
