Josh and his crew are hands down 10/10. From the start of this whole experience Josh has been nothing but helpful and full of knowledge. Any questions asked have been answered promptly. The workmanship is again 10/10. When they start a job they finish it in good time, and return back when needed for next steps ( even with other jobs on the go he prioritized amazingly) very responsible and respectful. When you get a quote the bill matches pretty bang on! Hes not here to rip anyone off. Honestly HIGHLY RECCOMEND Josh and his crew!

We hired JPM to renovate our 100+ year old, 4-bedroom, 4-bathroom, house in Stratford. They took the house down to the studs and redid all electrical, plumbing, insulation, HVAC, removed a load-bearing wall and had an engineered beam installed. They installed new drywall, flooring, windows, doors, trim, and redid all 4 bathrooms in the home, as well as the kitchen, mud room, and all bedrooms. The quality of finishes and quality of work was exceptional, and we appreciated how they were able to keep the project moving, even amidst material shortages caused by the pandemic. It was very important to us to maintain and recreate the home's original character, and I was very happy with the extra effort Josh exerted to source and match things like an antique-inspired fireplace and big, historic-inspired trim. We would absolutely use JPM for future projects.
