Not the most Professional people I have ever dealt with and I am 82 years old. After a hassle about the painting, which I understood to be included in the quotation, because of the huge cost, the job was finally completed to my satisfaction.

We did do everything that was quoted as per our discussion and were very surprised to hear at the work site that you demanded us to do work beyond what was quoted or you would refuse to pay. So we end up doing it for without additional charges. When the job was finally finished you did mention that you are very happy with the our work and the railing repair was done very professionally. (Saving you the cost of the new railings).We do believe that what we do - we do it professionally and to customers satisfaction as it's our top priority.
