We were recommended CMY through a friend for an interior remodelling project that we wanted to undertake at our multi-unit apartment. We wanted to gut 3 apartments (including 1 basement unit) and ornate them with all new modern renovation features including knocking down walls, opening things up, modernization bathrooms, kitchens, floors, air conditioning etc. They started things off by providing us with consultation and design services which were incredibly helpful before moving further along the process. Engaging in these initial services helped us gain knowledge and therefore confidence in our decisions and were able to commit to further work with peace of mind. Anybody that knows how demanding and stressful renovation work can be, and so we were really able to appreciate the due diligence we were provided with. From our initial meeting, to the estimates, contract and finally installed products, all stages were executed in an organized fashion, with solid correspondence and care. Any hiccups along the way were met with immediate solution options which kept things moving smoothly. Although the overall price was a bit higher than anticipated, it was very fair considering the quality and professionalism that went into it, as I don’t believe we could have got this level of service for any less. Hence, we are highly satisfied with the results and would recommend CMY to anybody that wants to get remodelling work done the right way.
