Robbie from Gas Line Installers made time the same day as my call to help with a master bath exhaust fan installation gone wrong. The ductwork had been installed incorrectly by the builder, so that the elbow was not properly secured to the duct, and the entire thing was set up for a much lower capacity fan than should have been there. Robbie came, came up with a creative and effective solution to the problem, installed the fan and then refused payment. Amazing, sweet, honest guy who knows what he's doing. I will never call anyone else for anything Gas Line Installers does. In fact, I'm now planning on going to them for our furnace and a/c replacement next year.

Enbridge shut off my gas as they detected a leak inside the house after installing their new gas meter. I called Gas Line Installers and Rob was willing to come the same night even, but we decided it was getting late so Rob came around noon next day. He was very thorough and professional, got the job done in 2 hours with a very reasonable rate.
