After interviewing several people to handle our building permit process/architectural drawings for a full home remodel, we chose to go with Atlas Design and we are so glad we did!
George took detailed pictures of our home and was able to show us a 3D rendering of what our home would look like with all of our proposed changes (new window cutouts, removing walls, adding a bathroom upstairs, finishing the basement) - and along the way any changes we wanted to make to the architectural drawings were done so promptly.
Furthermore, he dealt with the city as well as the conservation authority on our behalf, supplying the relevant parties with any additional information they required with a quick turnaround.
All in all, we have dealt with many people in our full home remodel project (general contractors, tradesman, etc) and would say our experience with George was one of the best that we had!
