Very impressive from the second we met them!
We had recently had our porch redone and decided it needed a railing. Being disabled, the railing had to be sturdy enough to aid me, while adding curb appeal to our house.
From the time QC Railings arrived at our house, we were impressed. They brought samples of the various railings/posts and colours that we were able to handle as well as see how it would appear on our porch. Prior to giving us a quote, they measured the area 3 times to ensure everything was accurate, while listening to what we wanted and asking/suggesting ideas. Other companies had either guessed or quickly measured, citing the final price could change.
The installation was done when they said it would be done. The area was cleaned up so well you'd never know the work was just done.
Best of all, the price was exactly what they quoted us.
