Michael was very knowledgeable about the structural issues we needed to address in our complex boathouse build. We found Michael to be a creative problem-solver working closely with us, and our drawings, to find the right balance between meeting code requirements, creating a safe structure and being commercial and practical in the approach to the build in order to manage overall construction costs. We had a very tight timeline within which to work to finalize plans for permits and Michael went above and beyond to be highly responsive and available to meet our timelines and came to every meeting prepared with plans marked up in advance. Michael was extremely professional and pleasure to work with.
