I recently purchased my first home and it did require quite a bit of work. I feel that finding a contractor who you can trust to do a good job without being overcharged was the most difficult thing to do. Jawad made me feel comfortable right from the first day I met him. He explained the entire process to me and answered all my questions so that I had full clarity of the things that needed to be done. He also came along with me to various shops to see the flooring options that needed to be done.
Jawad and his team were extremely diligent and made sure to finish all the work within the timeline so that we could move in as planned. The team arrived everyday sharp at 8 AM and finished up only by 6 PM. Jawad and his team also painted the entire house including cupboards and the ceiling after removing popcorn ceiling. The flooring was also done really well. Even after the job was finished he was always reachable and was happy to help out for any additional touch up work that I need.
I would recommend Hass renovations to anyone looking for a reliable contractor who can get the job done for a fair price and within the deadline.

Hired Jawad and his team to retile myaster shower. jawad came checked out everything and get me quote, also mentioned that i could be more once we ripped up the floor, but wasnt sure. he promised that he would not leave us hanging.

Quick communication. Worked hard. Finished space looks great. Appreciated the extras they did (door casing they noticed was missing) to make sure the project looked good.

We had an old fence that was falling down along with a flower bed in need of repair. We posted a request on Homestars and Jawad was out within a day to go over the project, work began the following day and was completed by the end of the week. Jawad and his crew were very attentive to all details of the project, they exceeded our expectations going above and beyond in the care and detail to the job, and all within the original budget and timeframe. Communication was excellent throughout the project, Jawad was extremely responsive to texts and kept us informed throughout the process. We would not hesitate to recommend Hass Renovation to anyone looking for renovation work, we are already thinking of the next project!

Amazing team of workers! Jawad and his crew were professional, and hard workers. They started on time, stayed within budget and brought new life to a 1960s hardwood floor. They made it look brand new! We did the whole house, 3 bedrooms, halls, and a massive living room / dining room. 100% recommend them! A+ It's hard to find good contractors, but these guys you can trust !

We hired Hass Renovation back in February of 2020 for our main floor renovations and they did an amazing job! Its hard to find professional, trustworthy and hardworking people, but you dont need to worry with these guys! They were always quick to respond to any questions we had via phone or text, and was always very upfront and honest. They were on time and very professional. They did an amazing job on renovating the main floor bathroom, tiling of kitchen and staining the floors and stairs. I would definitely recommend them, and am very happy with my choice.
