Jawad was referred to me by family after his team completed their flooring project. We obtained quotes to replace the old narrow hardwood flooring throughout our main level (3 bedrooms, hall, combo living/dining) and his was competitive. From the start he reassured us about the quality, scope and timing of the work incl prep, and helped us make the final choice of the product.

His recommendation to also replace the old sub-flooring was also spot on since the new floor looks lovely and has absolutely no squeaking. We were so pleased we added in replacement of the stair threads and rail going to the basement.

Jawad delivered from the moment he stepped into our home to quote us a cost to refinish our current hardwood vs new engineered, he was not pushy at all in fact he was very patient throughout the whole process. We interviewed 3 companies and went with Jawad. He could not get the flooring we originally chose but he was able to find something we ended up liking even more. His team removed all of the old baseboards, hardwood and travertine tile on the main floor, laid new engineered hardwood and replaced all the baseboards. Jawad and his team were on time every single day and stayed late to finish on time, in fact they finished earlier than promised. We would recommend Haas Renovation for your flooring needs.

I received an almost immediate response to my request and follow up by phone. Jawad came on site to do a formal quote and review options and the work started the next week.

We had two sets of stairs done. I dont think any two stairs were the same size, so they had their work cut out for them. We also had the railing refinished and new spindles installed. The work took about 3.5 days. They showed up exactly when they said they would and kept us updated along the way.

I recently bought a pre-construction townhouse and I wanted to change the basic flooring and stairs from the builder. We chose to work with Hass Renovation to renovate our flooring and stairs. I cannot express how pleased I am with their outstanding service. From the initial consultation to the completion of the project, every step of the way was marked by professionalism, expertise, and a genuine dedication to customer satisfaction. They were not only efficient but also incredibly thorough, making sure that every detail was perfect before considering the job done.

The team worked well, they got a lot done quickly. Need to be more careful with dust so draping off areas so the whole home is covered in dust, final cleanup could be better too as they left in a rush. Multiple bags of construction garbage left

Also, a final review with the owners on work completed to assure completion to satisfaction as well as defining the workmanship warranty on work done. They never did provide an answer here when asked.

An update here, upon further inspection of the final product, some of the stair swindles don't reach the floor and spin, a gap in the post and stairs. They damaged existing flooring when the floor had to be replaced as the lamented bounced and popped out.

We tried multiple times through text which they read however no ghosting us.

We had new vinyl flooring installed throughout the house (upgraded from carpet, tile and laminate), whole house repainted, two stair cases completely redone and everything turned out beautifully!!
I am so impressed with the stairs and flooring and would highly recommend Jawad.
Jawad is pleasant and friendly and considerate of our time and situation as my family was living in the home during the renovations so his team had to work around us and some of our furniture.
