I had the main floor painted (walls, ceilings, and trim) and I was looking for a company that would treat my house as if it was theirs and take care with my floors that were just refinished a week earlier.

I received five quotes from painting companies and decided to go with Eric Mackell Painting. Erics quote was the second most expensive out of the quotes I received.

Although money is always a factor, it is the people (strangers) who would be spending many days in my home with my family that was just as important to me. I wanted a company that would care about my floors and ensure me that they would do everything to keep them protected while painting.

Eric came and did a walk through and really explained things in a way that I really understood what he was going to do, when it would be done and how long it would take. He reassured me that the quote he gave me would be the price I would pay once the job was finished. Not one penny was requested at anytime during the job. I paid once the job was completed and I was happy with the work they did.

As for a mess, no matter how much care was taken during the job, there is always dust settling from the sanding that was being done in each room. They took care to ensure all furniture was covered but the dust seemed to still settle each evening in the room that was worked on. They did their best to keep the dust to a minimum.

Yvan who works for Eric Mackell Painting is very hard-working dedicated person who takes pride in his work. He was happy to answer any questions I may have had during the job.

We decided to paint the siding of our house in order to improve curb appeal before we put it up for sale. Eric provided us with a quote promptly, including some advice on colors etc. We agreed on a timeline and Eric and his team were on site at the agreed time and date.
