We just completed our first major house renovation project, a bathroom renovation, and we are pleased and impressed by Precision Improvements. Jay from Precision Improvement listened to what we wanted in a new bathroom, and he offered advice throughout the project. He developed a detailed budget that helped ensure that we stayed within budget when selecting materials. They looked for deals throughout the process and we ended the project under budget! They were respectful of our home, kept to schedule and kept us informed every step of the way. They truly transformed our outdated bathroom. We renovated most of our home after 20 years living here. They redid our main stairs, laundry room, powder room, dining room as well as our family room and kitchen.
The craftsmanship was outstanding, the new fireplace and mantle in the family room are a focal point for the room. The kitchen is a dream to cook in and is now the hub it was meant to be for parties and family gatherings.
The crew put in a lot of effort, but it was the little extras that I noticed that truly impressed me. Although it wasnt in our original contract, they wrapped and patched the ductwork as they exposed it and found holes. They added insulation where there were gaps and they took the extra time to level out an uneven floor.
They did a phenomenal job and I would definitely recommend them and use them again.

We heard of Jay and Precision Improvements through a friend, and when they came in, we got good feelings, so we hired them even though we had some lower estimates. We felt that the quality of work was going to be worth the extra costs and we weren't wrong.
