Yousif and his team did a great job with my bathroom reno. When I did bring up any concerns..Yousif was great at taking care of them immediately.
I would definitely use Profline again for future renos. They are polite and Yousif really listens to what the clients wants in design and to meet that.

We've just completed major renovation that involved complete redesign of kitchen, redoing all three bathrooms and the powder room, removal of three walls and refreshing the staircase. It was a fairly complex project but Yousif and his team were able to pull it off and deliver great results as shown in the before/after pictures. The Profline Team led by Yousif have done a great job to fully renovate and remodel our bathrooms that have not seen changes since the house was built more than 20 years ago. They were extremely professional throughout the duration of the project and completed it on schedule. They were flexible and professional with the changes that we made though out the project. Yousif was extremely responsive and deal with the project personally as if he was doing it for his own house, high quality and attention to the smallest details including design recommendations. We love our new bathrooms and feel that not only they have a new look but also feel more spacious than they used to be before.

We will definitely return to Profline for any future projects around our house and will recommend them to anyone.

Profline managed by Yousif started the work by demolishing old hardwood, porcelain, washroom and kitchen to start from scratch, they replaced everything new and the result was very good in regards the quality, time management and price wide
I even asked to do new TV wall design with fireplace which became just amazing . I attached some pictures to the work

Our idea of renovating our bathroom started with a call to Yousif. He was punctual and when we expressed our ideas, he even offered his own suggestions which we really appreciated. Yousif showed us how we can create more space which impressed us. He was not holding back any ideas on what were suitable and good for the washroom. Even though our washroom is a small washroom, we feel that the materials, technique and work quality were being done properly.

During the renovation:

The project start on time.

He and his contractors made sure our house was protected before starting the work everyday

He and his team cleaned up at the end of the day before they left

Yousif always let us know when he is going to arrive and always very considerate on how late he was staying so that we can have our time back with our family and kids

He was patience in listening to our ideas, design and needs during the renovation.

There were problems occurred during the renovation but Yousif fixed it right away without any hesitation

He helped us in shopping for our bathroom tile and take pictures for us to select the tiles. We really appreciate it as it saved us a trip to the tile shop on our busy daily life

He responded on all our text and messages in a timely manner

Yousif make sure we were happy and satisfied when the renovation was completed

We had worked with several contractors in the past, I think Yousif is so far our favourite contractors a he offered the best customer service. We can finally can refer him to my friends and family.

Yousif, please keep up the good work and continue to provide and maintain the highest standards of customer service.

We are really happy with the Renovation Yousif and his team did. From listening to our ideas and discussing the best options to finishing Yousif was there all the way making sure we were happy as the work progressed. The Reno was finished on budget and on time and any minor comments dealt with straight away. All the old materials were disposed of and the site cleaned thoroughly upon completion.
