Responsiveness and communication was great, and I appreciate that they came quickly when we had a fairly serious emergency leak (next day). They did a thorough inspection of the roof and found some potential problem spots I hadn't found on my own. Looks like they thoroughly patched any potential problem areas, no more leak. They also recommended the flat roof be redone and pointed out some deficiencies in the condition and construction.

They did a really good job. Also Very professional company. Im very satisfied with the job they did, I definitely recommend this company if you have any flats roofs to be done. 10/10

My roof needed urgent repair as it is fall and before rain and snow. Freddie responded to my request immediately and repaired it to our satisfaction. Also he went beyond the repair request and fixed some of the looses nails in our gutters as well. We will be using their services fir all roof related work in the future

I recently had Ferdinant (Fred) and his crew complete an installation of a new flat roof. His work ethics are great, on time, every day and they work long hard hours to complete while favourably weather permits. I can recommend his work as being organized and efficient. Ive been searching for someone who knows how to finish flat roofs. I shopped around, and this crew was dependable, professional and reasonable priced for the job. They did an excellent job finishing the roof. VERY PROFESSIONAL, they cleaned up after leaving no mess. As a professional framer myself I know a good job when I see one. 10/10 these guys did a job well done.

Called Fred from MBL roofing to come and inspect my deck which has been leaking though out the winter and he quickly identified the problem and got it fixed with his helpers is 2 days the job was big but the work was very clean I do recommend going with Freddy as he is a very honest hard working gentleman
