I am very pleased to provide a review for Anelon.
We engaged Anelon on a number of projects. The biggest was Kitchen Reno during Covid times. We wanted to start the reno in 2020, but had to wait for the restrictions to be lifted. In 2021, we met with Konstantin, the company owner, and described what we wanted to be done. He coordinated all trades, made sure project was on time and on price.
Konstantin was fantastic. He listens to your wishes, I mean, he REALLY listens. At times I was not very clear with my vision and he would clarify, suggest better choices and shared his vast experience and expertise.
Konstantin was very creative and saved our kitchen project when the supplier refused to deliver the oven/microwave combo that we ordered (remember, this is still Covid and there was a lot of supply chain issues).
So we agreed to purchase another combo, from another brand, with completely different specifications. However, the cabinets were in and were measured precisely for the combo we did not get. I was devastated this was a disaster.
However, Konstantin, in his usual manner, said: Dont worry, we will improvise and improvise he did. He added a few shelves, ordered another cabinet door and solved the issue!
The work was done well and we are very happy with the final result! He and his team were awesome, work was done on time, as promised and we had a great experience.
We would highly recommend Anelon and Konstantin for all of your reno needs.

I had an amazing experience working with Konstantin several years ago on our one-bedroom basement renovation. From the start, the team was extremely professional, friendly, and patient, answering all the questions and making sure our vision was fulfilled. They had great ideas for the use of space and craftsmanship, and their attention to detail was exceptional. Our work with Anelon started in 2017 when we bought our first house and needed to do a renovation. Konstantin, the company's owner, coordinated the work of a few teams at the same time because the timing of the renovation was the most important parameter to us.
One worked on scraping the popcorn off the ceiling, leveling ceilings and walls, painting the entire place, and replacing flooring. Another one replaced the outlets and installed pot lights throughout the first floor, while the third team replaced and painted the staircase. Konstantin made sure all the teams worked cohesively and promptly. Everything was done in just seven weeks and at a fair price without any hidden fees. Five years later, we're still thrilled with the completed work.

In 2019, Konstantin helped us find reasonably priced professionals to replace the cement landing in the basement.

In 2020, Konstantin helped us to tile our garage, install shelves under the ceiling, and coordinate the installation of electrical appliances.
In all cases, Konstantin supervised the work of these professionals and provided appropriate recommendations.

We are extremely satisfied with how Konstantin handled everything and plan to continue working with him on future projects.

Anelon LTD performed renovation work of a semi-detached house including renovation of two bathrooms, hardwood floors, painting, popcorn ceiling removal, electrical works and other. We were very impressed with the punctuality, quality and attention to the details of the work. We would highly recommend Anelon LTD.

We purchased a house from a builder and immediately rented it out. In 2021, after the tenants moved out, we decided to sell the house. Still, our realtor advised that it needed to be renovated before selling since the house was not in very good condition after being rented out for several years.

Often its hard to communicate with contractors due to a lack of mutual understanding, which ultimately affects the result, but I was pleased to find that Konstantin proved to be an exception. He is a very attentive and responsible person. The renovation was completed quickly, within the set timeframe and budget, while still producing a high-quality result that I am confident the new homeowners were very satisfied with.

We fully remodeled the house, including a new kitchen, basement renovation, repainting the walls, renovating the bathrooms, relocation of the fireplace, installing new countertops, and rewiring.

An additional benefit was that, thanks to the remodeling, we sold our house for a higher price than any other in our subdivision.

By investing $25,000 in the renovation, we sold the house for $75,000 more.

Just wanted to give a huge shoutout to Anelon for doing an awesome job renovating our house! A year ago, we did a full renovation of our house before selling it, with the goal of giving it a fresh new look to sell it faster.
They fully renovated the first floor including the walls relocation and gave the second floor a much-needed refresh with a new layout for the master bedroom washroom. Best of all, we were able to sell it for $150k more than we originally thought.

This was the BEST renovation experience we could have hoped for! Anelon did a full condo renovation for us, including the removal of all bathrooms, kitchen, flooring, some walls, as well as pot light installation.

Anelon team was wonderful throughout the whole process, from planning to demolition work to the final result. The renovation went seamlessly as Konstantin organized and oversaw all stages of the work. He returned calls quickly and was always available to answer any questions and concerns. He also offered suggestions on design, materials, and finishes.

The renovation was completed within 8 weeks, as discussed at the beginning of the project, and we were able to stay within our budget. Everything was beautifully done with attention to detail. 1.5 years later, everything in the condo still looks and functions as if it were brand new. We are extremely happy with the end result and can't thank Konstantin enough for making our renovation a stress-free experience!

We are immensely grateful to the ANELON company, headed by Konstantin Parilov. They built an addition to our house, which exceeded the area of the existing house.
