I had an unexpected leak at my indoor water shut-off tap which, by the time I noticed, had soaked a big section of carpet in the basement. I envisioned needing the city to shut off my water to repair it, but they couldn't come until the next day, and I would need to coordinate with a plumber. After contacting Kyle, he was able to come the same evening and was able to stop the leak, adjusting the bleeder valve and avoiding the need to shut off the water outside, which also would have affected my neighbour.
