Another + is they started work on time as scheduled, as budget and more! We found further ways to cut costs based on their insights. Another big positive is communication was above all we we expected. You need to reach those guys? No problem, Joaquin is upcoming and always keep you informed of the progress. I know high ratings are sometimes deceptive but not with this guy. Joaquin is the way renovation contracting should be. Best work, best ethics best price.
