Patrick was very responsive, reliable and professional. He did excellent work with a condo renovation that involved removal of existing tile and damaged hardwood. He replaced with tile and waterproof laminate flooring. His work is excellent - clean cuts and and attention to detail. I would definitely call Patrick for future work!

I hired PAN construction to replace some damaged wood laminate flooring in my rented apartment. I didnt want to spend a lot since I dont own the apartment. Patrick was professional, kind and his pricing was super reasonable (by far the most reasonable of any of the quotes I got). His finished work was excellent and I would definitely use him in the future. A+ would recommend!

Patrick did an excellent and professional job repairing our kitchen and hall ceilings. The hall ceiling had to be cut out and the dry wall replaced. The crown moulding in the kitchen was also repaired. Both areas look like new. Patrick is very friendly, efficient and took great care to complete the work to our satisfaction.

Patrick came to my home and did some renovation, in my kitchen he removed the countertop and sink, and replaced it with a newer one, I was satisfied with his work. He was also in time, Im impressed.
