Every time it snowed I waited a long time for them to remove the snow from my driveway. Never was my driveway done in the morning. I had to shovel myself a couple of times to get out. One time the owner mentioned that he started at pickering and went East. I'm in Whitby, so I guess that's why the poor service.

I love it when you guys keep identity private, anyways snow removal is a process. That comes with understanding and patience. Saying that ,don't hire a Pickering base company and expect to be first clear when it snow . I don't know who is this because we don't work in Whitby when it snow . Only person I can remember having in whitby ,is someone who does pay as the job is done , in which the company have to give preference to the person who completely pay for the season snow removal. We as a company take constructive criticism but don't go out your way to be leave a negative feedback . after the effort we as company make to help number of customers in Canada horrible winter season.
