I was told it would take 3 months for my door and it took over 10 months with no update EVER! Every time I called I was told I should expect a call the following week. I paid extra for a pull bar instead of a handle. They gave me a regular lock I knew they wouldnt be able to fix it the holes are drilled already but they insisted and said they would come back never did someone was suppose to call me back and no one ever did. The caulking job inside the glass is done so poorly and sloppy. They really dont care once they get your money. For such a big investment, stay away from them. If u are still considering.. I suggest u sort all their reviews starting from the bad and see some of the poor quality/ experience people have had.
