Alex of Prime Decks left us with a great experience of how contractors are supposed to work. He was very punctual and helpful in creating accurate design for the deck. He always draws sketches and tries to explain everything on fingers whenever clarification is needed. The workers were all pleasant. The deck, stairs and flowerbed are beautifully built and finished. I wanted a wooden deck at first but after speaking with Alex I agreed to build the deck using composite boards with a picture frame. What a great suggestion it was! I will never regret it, because it looks amazing! Could not imagine how Prime Decks could have done a better job. Everything Alex said would get done, was done as discussed, on time, and on the money. My backyard was kept clean and tidy. It was a real pleasure to work with Prime Decks.
