Our washing machine was periodically filling with water even when not in use. Eduard was quick to respond to any communication. He was efficient in his visit (kindly wearing shoe covers), and rapidly diagnosed & replaced the faulty part. I would hire him again.

Eduard was the first to call for my needs. He was polite, on time, wore shoe covers and did a great job. Gave us great tips and cleaned our dryer filter, although he was only here to repair the washer. I would strongly recommend him. I have his business card for any future needs.

My fridge wasnt staying cold. I jumped on Thais ITE to request fixing asap. Someone called within 30 minutes and was at my place 20 minutes later. The found the problem quickly, gave me a price on site and has the issue fixed within an hour.
