Yousef was fantastic. I called and checked out several businesses before selecting Livy. From the initial contact on the phone to the cleaning done today he was great. He explained everything he was doing step by step, gave me a few tips along the way and he was very friendly. He did all my ducts, furnace, vents, dryer vents, along with sanitizing them. Upfront firm pricing without any bait and switch techniques that is common in the industry. I would definitely recommend Livy to anyone!
