The team was very professional and courteous. There was a challenge with the unit at time of install (not the installers issue), but team was very proactive in communications and temporary fix was put in place to minimize the delays in getting hot water back in the house.

We hired Essence for some minor plumbing modifications (garburator removal, dishwasher re-connect, and faucet install). The guys were extremely knowledgeable and efficient with the job, and very pleasant and professional to deal with. I would definitely re-contact them in the future.
