I am very satisfied with Mike's work for a number of reasons.
Mike responded to my online enquery within minutes and offered to come and offer options next day. After thoroughly checking out the garage door the next day, he explained that I needed weather stripping all around including the flex seal at the bottom.
He came back the next day on time with the parts and completed the work very promptly. Mike's workmanship is excellent. He removed existing weather stripping on the sides which I would have never considered as one since it was wooden and appeared to be part of the door frame. He also cleaned up the area b4 he left and he also tightened all the screws on the door itself, something that was not related to the work. He was very courteous and professional.
The room above the garage door is at least 3-4C warmer. It was -22C last night and the bedroom above was very comfortable unlike before.
