Dave is knowledgable and thorough. We had a leaking box on the side of our furnace and he replaced it. He had to pilfer some parts from elsewhere on the furnace since one of the parts was unavailable in the city, so his knowledge really helped in this situation. Only concern was the price felt expensive, but that may not be his fault as I didn't see a breakdown of the cost for the parts vs the service.
