We are delighted to inform you that your moving job has been successfully completed in a remarkably short time of 1:30 hours. Our team has worked tirelessly and efficiently to ensure prompt and satisfactory service for all our valued clients.

As per the terms agreed upon in the signed estimate, we have a minimum charge of 4 hours. During our communication with you, you expressed interest in renting a truck and having our team assist with loading and driving it to your destination. However, we regret to inform you that we are unable to provide this service due to insurance reasons. Nonetheless, we did mention that if you only required labor assistance without a truck, we could accommodate you for a minimum of 2 hours. Please note that driving your truck is not within our scope of services. We always strive to provide the best possible experience for our clients, and we will review our procedures to ensure that all clients are well-informed.
