Had a leak in my roof due to a vent being installed incorrectly. Was referred to this company and Sara had reached out to me to describe my situation. From our first interaction she made me feel comfortable and gave me all the possible outcomes which I appreciated. The team was dispatched the next day and Sara was in touch each step of the way. When the team arrived, they were professional and got to work right away, the job was done super fast and they provided me a detailed description of the work that was done. On October 25th we contacted Principal Roofing to have our roof and eavestrough inspected because in past winters we have had ice buildup on the roof with subsequent melting and freezing on the ground in front of the garage.

The roofing experts at Principal Roofing came punctually on October 26th. They inspected the roof and the attic in the problem areas; re-sloped eavestrough to allow water to flow to downspouts as intended and installed water deflector in corner eavestrough at base of valley. Hire to replace existing garage roof. It was to drain. After first rain there were water puddles all over the roof no drainage. Principal roofing was notified and pictures were to sent to the company. They came check the roof and said all was fine however photos disagree with the assessment and still has been fixed. Would not hire to roof a dog house.

Sara called me back although I did not leave a message. She was very polite and professional. I told her of the issue I had of a leak from the roof. She told me a crew would be sent out the next morning . The guys came and within minutes identified where the problem was. It was quickly fixed. I'm happy with the work done.

I had my roof redone 2 years ago and that company has since closed down. I called this company on a referral from Facebook group because I had water dripping in the house and thought I had a leak. They came over quickly to asses the issue and turns out it was not a leak. The roof was not being ventilated properly and condensation was building that was the water I saw coming in. Once I agreed to the quote for the work and price they came back and did the job and explained everything they were doing and why.
