Ed and his team have exceed our expectations not just on delivering us a well functional basement kitchen but also they are outstanding in customer service and managing our expectations. They guided us from start to finish. From design, materials to use, coordinating work schedules, subcontractors, and everything else in between and involved.
I've gone through 7 contractors asking for a quote. All of them came back to me with either a piece of paper with a price of the job or a quote through facebook messenger. I was told that to get a formal quote we edd to make a downpayment or deposit. I think me and my husband are easily judged by our age. We're a young couple and contractors sometimes think we're just scouting and so we're only a waste of time. This is the difference we felt when we first met with Ed. He treated us with respect and always remind us that we are the owner of our own home. That we should take pride of what we put in it specially because it is a significant investment.
HQ Construction is very transparent, prompt and responsive. Their pricing is fair and aligned with the rest of the quotes I got.
