I had been struggling with a couple of pendants over my kitchen island that had not been working for several months, even after another electrician spent 1.5 hours inspecting them. Rocco was able to take the fixture apart and find the issue. After I obtained the necessary replacement parts, Rocco and Joe stopped by one morning, on their way to another job, to re-install the pendants at no extra charge. Rocco and Joe are knowledgeable, conscientious and very pleasant to work with. I will definitely call them again.
