Move and Clean

Move and Clean provided Ivan and Vadim to us on short notice but they still gave it their all to us. Guys were so nice and respectful and just overall wanted to make sure that everything they moved for us was done so in a safe and efficient way. Most moving companies just come and do their in and out job but what we appreciated most about Move and Clean crew was that they even gave us helpful tips for some of our furniture in terms of placement as well as giving us a few extra parts for things on the bed frame and dresser that they could tell were giving out. I really hate moving but I would absolutely use Move and Clean again if and when it comes down to it. Props again to Ivan and Vadim for helping us out on such short notice.

I used Move and Clean for both moving a two bedroom (and basement) and for cleaning a two bedroom property. Both the moving and the cleaning services delivered were a fantastic experience. The moving team arrived on time, worked extremely hard on a large and heavy move. The uniformed team were very polite and made helpful suggestions to make the move better than ever expected. They were careful with fragile items and dealt with placement and assembly at the new address. The cleaning team also arrived on time, worked very hard and achieved a very deep clean of the premises. I have no reservations in fully recommending each of the moving team and cleaning team at Move and Clean. I recommend them to my friends and family. The Move & Clean team helped me box up and move my parents' belongings and clean their home over a four-day period. They were hard-working, highly effective, respectful, and friendly. I can't recommend them highly enough. I will definitely use their services again!

After 7 years of long in my 2-bedroom apartment, two of them construction on the property, my carpets had dirty paths and stains. I found Move and Clean on Bark on Wednesday and now on Friday night, the wall to wall carpet is back to its warm beige color.
The two workers were organized, arrived on time, kept me informed as they went through their 5-step process, moved all furniture, had me inspect each section and put furniture back. They were polite and pleasant to be around.

There are so many positive things I want to say! We had a deep clean of our house after a construction project (and quite frankly it was long overdue). The team had an attention to detail that I have never seen before from a cleaning crew and took the time to do a second pass for the heavy traffic and dirt areas (when needed). We also asked for deep carpet cleaning and it did not disappoint! They were able to get out dog urine and makeup stains that I had long given up on. Definitely recommend them!!

Ivan and Vadym did a good job cleaning the carpets and couch. Very nice too.

Ivan and Vadym were amazing! Not only did they work non-stop, even when asked to take a break, they also worked through the rain. And by rain I mean a DOWNPOUR!
They were very professional and very thorough. They even asked us multiple times at the end of the love if they could help with anything else or if theyd missed anything.

I posted my moving request on Home Stars and received a response from Move and Clean within minutes. They responded promptly to my questions as I was also trying to arrange for cleaning and juggling various dates. I was a little nervous since they didn't have many reviews and I felt like the pictures were stock pictures pulled from the internet. Anyhow Move and Clean had the date I needed and the price was on par with the 6 other quotes I received.

I put my deposit down about 1.5 weeks in advance and I didn't hear anything even 2 or 3 days before the move. About 12 hours before the move, I called the phone number and the voicemail was full. I then sent a text message and got a reply within a few minutes. Everything was on schedule.

On the morning of the move, the truck arrived 15 minutes early. We had a quick walkthrough of what needed to be moved so they have an idea how to load the truck. Four hours later we were done.

The movers themselves, were very professional, clean, and had good communication. One of them told me he came from Ukraine in 2016 and the company does carpet cleaning, duct cleaning, etc., and there are bundled discounts.

I am a tough customer and rarely give full stars. Besides some areas for improvement on the communication front with the office, I would recommend them for sure.
